Tina has more than 20 years of working experience and around 8 years as a trainer, training diverse audiences. She is a Bachelor of Science from the Bombay University.
She started her career in the Front Office and moved up with British Deputy High Commission as an Interpreter. Tina is a team builder, consistently motivating others towards success. She has empowered herself at every step and therefore gained experience and wisdom.
Hero Mindmine set the pace for Tina where she trained New Hires for Mphasis and Accenture, Siemens, Oracle and ICICI bank.
She was a communications trainer and further moved on to American Online as a lead trainer. Here she gained firsthand experience on the call floor and customized training programs for the needs of the Operations Department.
She has been through many AOL training programs like Train the Trainer course (TTAW), Leadership training/Emotional Intelligence (LTAW).
In 2005 October, she was chosen as one of the top 2% performers who were awarded with a holiday, to the Maldives. She grew to be the senior trainer with AOL due her expertise in people and organizational skills.
Tina has developed and trained tenured consultants for Building Voice Excellence program for AXA business services.
Tina is also into other areas of training and has developed programs on :
- Time management,
- Motivation,
- Coaching skills and Business writing skills.
She has trained for corporate houses like World of Titan, Gati, SunGard, Helios, Goodrich and many others. She has conducted Campus to Corporate sessions for HP previously.
