He believes firmly in polishing his skills through constant learning, unlearning and relearning.

Varaprasad was a Freelance Strategic Consultant and Corporate Trainer, and has offered his services to AIP-ICRISAT and Mahidhara Projects Pvt. Ltd. After successfully completing his assignment with Metropolis Food & Retail Logistics, where he helped in setting up the infrastructure, processes, training, operations, strategizing tie-ups, promotions and associations to build the brand “Khana Express”. He also established Eggs and More a Retail food chain, setup within corporates in Hyderabad to bring forth great, innovative, nutritious and value-for-money range of food delicacies, to food lovers.
Prior to the current role he was the Executive Director and Location Head – India for Kaizen SRA Technologies, a subsidiary of Kaizen Technologies Inc. USA, offering Training, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Engineering solutions & Software Development and Training. Prior to this assignment he was an Entrepreneur and set up two organisations namely Peoplecare Consulting, a Staffing, Recruiting and Training Services organisation and Surge Sales Corporation, an Idea Cellular Corporate Business Associate and Post-paid Business Associate
At Max New York Life Insurance Company Limited he was a Sales Manager, prior to which he was with Simphro Software Private Limited in London as their Business Development Manager and with Pentasoft Technologies Ltd as Deputy Manager – Channels.
He began his career with Xerox India Ltd. (formerly Modi Xerox Ltd.) where he climbed the corporate ladder from a Customer Engineer to Senior Customer Engineer. The moved on to Sales as Senior Territory Manger Xerox Supplies Group before he became Named Key Account Manager handling business from Central and State Government Organisations.
He has a Master Diploma in Training, a90 days intensive “Train the Trainer” program in designing, structuring and delivering Training programs from Indian Institute of Training & Development and has a 4-Year Diploma in Electronics from NTTF Electronics Centre, Bangalore
