Sanil Rao has been in the training profession for close to 10 years. He is an associate facilitator with Mindskillz.

Before foraying into training Sanil spent time working for various corporate in various sectors. He worked as a training manager for Edelweiss Financial Services and Axis Securities. He played a crucial role as Manager – Learning and Development for Tiny Owl Technologies where his work involved designing and delivering induction program across various teams. Also facilitating workshop to improve the synergies between teams. Aiding leadership towards performance improvement. Sanil’s experience with Work Better Training & Development in Client Management involved designing training solution for corporates and maximizing business relationship with existing customers.

As a corporate trainer his approach has always been interesting & engaging. He is known for his unending energy levels during the workshop. His unique way of facilitation inspires and motivates the participants to take action.
