Sangeeta has a work experience of over 23 years across various industries which include IT & ITES and BPO. She has trained more than 10,000 associates at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels.
Sangeeta started her career from 1990 with selling space in the Yellow Pages, and customer service at Eureka Forbes She then moved on to marketing and advertising. She has worked in both the offline and digital media for advertising servicing clients like Citibank etc.
Post a sabbatical Sangeeta shifted gear in 2006 embarked on her tenure in Training & Development. She has been majorly involved in skill building at both college and corporate level in association with various companies like Ma Foi Academy etc.
She has been mainly involved in conducting workshops and training on a wide gamut of topics ranging from corporate orientation for new joiners to leadership skills for senior management. Sangeeta specializes in quickly making an intimate connect with an audience and very deftly facilitates learning for adults on a range of soft skills & behavioral skills. She is an avid & empathetic listener, an enthusiastic coach and a motivator that inspires and draws forth innate potential.
Sangeeta has successfully undergone a certification as a Self-Integration Life Coach from the Certified Coaches Alliance, Canada, apart from a Masters in Psychology.
She has worked with clients from various industries giving her an opportunity to sharpen her skills and enrich her experience. The client list ranges over construction, pharmaceutical, ITES, IT, BFSI, Insurance, Health Care etc.
Apart from training delivery, Sangeeta has been involved in Design & Content Creation, Client Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Training the Trainer etc. She has used creative methods of training through theatre, Yoga, and meditation.
