The Virtual World has taken the lead and @ Mindskillz, we believe in staying relevant with current times. Mindskillz utilized the time during the lockdown to it’s best, by introducing The Learning Cafe @ Mindskillz. We believe in accepting change and quickly prepared ourselves for the New Normal.
We ran our Café series for 6 successful weeks with the Leadership Fraternity. We took the opportunity to invite a talented team of multifaceted Leaders, CEO’s, Managing Directors from diverse industries who gave us Salutary Advice on how to deal with the pandemic in every situation professionally and personally.
Our Team of Senior Trainers were also not far behind, in sharing their views on The New Normal and how the Training Fraternity could benefit from it.
The relevance and the result of the series was that we all learnt ways to restore confidence in ourselves and in our businesses in these trying times.
