Asma has a work experience of over 12 years across in various industries which include Training and Development, Recruitment, Team handling and BPO. She has trained more than 2000 associates at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels.

From the year 2002, Asma started her career with HSBC Data Processing India, and later moved to Deccan School of Management as an Assistant Professor. She moved on to become the Assistant Manager – Learning & Development in Karvy Stock Broking. Her stint with training as a functional experience started since 2006.

She was majorly involved in Corporate Induction, conducting workshops in communication, customer service, etiquettes, culture, English for workplace and leadership. She was involved in leading a team of 17 behavioral trainers, managing them, conducting performance reviews, sourcing trainer profiles, conducting interviews, conduction train-the-trainer programs, and mentoring trainers into respective levels.

Asma has successfully undergone the prestigious “Licentiate in Training and Development” from Middle Earth HR which includes certification in Instructional designing, Psychometric Testing Professional, Training and Facilitation. Her responsibilities included training young talents to increase their employability rate thereby bringing about a gradual improvement of the candidate by set processes and constant coaching.

At Middle Earth HR, she worked with ISB to train entrepreneurs and leaders on Tem Building skills. She is pursuing Fellowship in Learning and Development.  She has worked with clients from various industries – IT, IT IS, ITES, BPO, Financial Services and Training Institutes.

Working currently in HCL Asma is working as Deputy Manager for Academics managing a team of business communication, English and Professional skills trainers. She is well versed in creating sessions in the Learning Management System Online and scheduling sessions for the entire team. She is also actively involved in conducting Boot Camp, Illustrative sessions for the trainees. She is also taking sessions on Business English, Professional Skills for Workplace Readiness, and Productivity tools – Microsoft Office. With Cognizant Asma has been primarily responsible for providing customized end-to-end soft skills training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. She has a deep sense of research orientation which helps in developing content. She worked as a Master Trainer and Team Lead Pan India.
