Poonam is a graduate from Delhi University with a work experience of 15 years across India in various industries including Aviation, IT, Finance and Retail. As a trainer, she has since developed and delivered over 20 training programmes.

Anyone who is familiar with Poonam will know that training is not just another job for her- it’s her passion. She packs her trainings which is rich results-oriented content, engaging activities and humour. Poonam is known for communicating with a zest and energy which highly contagious. By using current and relevant examples she ensures that her sessions are interactive and helps her to connect to the audience well.

Poonam commenced her career in aviation in 1993 with R.D.M (a commercial holding of Lufthansa). It’s here that she realised her potential as a trainer, after four years she moved to Amadeus India (C.R.S) as a trainer. Her spell with training as a functional experience started in 1997. She was majorly involved is conducting workshops and classroom training in communication, customer service, telephone English for work and quality. The role involved understanding and developing individuals to communicate effectively and help them learn grooming according to industry standards.

She has had a superb stint in retail training with Tanishq and Titan Eye Plus. She has a six years association with Frankfinn Airhostess Institute in Mumbai & Kochi. She has worked with other retail giants like Reebok, Adidas, Scullers and Celio.

She has been engaged with Accenture & EY for their modules on Effective Communication, Effective Business writing, Teamwork and interpersonal skills, Client Centricity, Building Valued Business relationships, Customer WOW experience, Client Relationship Management, Assertive Communication etc. to name a few. In Retail, she is training Fabindia frontline staff for Customer Service and Selling Skills.

Poonam’s professional strengths are her eye for detail and aims to make a difference and the simple techniques she imparts are designed to make an immediate impact once participants return to work.
