Girija has 13 plus years of rich experience across various industries and in various cities. She has developed and gained tremendous knowledge on corporate experience in Training, Marketing, Customer Relationship and BD, Operations, Strategic Planning and HRM.  She has experience of training experience at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels.

From the year 1996 Girija started her career with Eternal Creators (Franchise of /consumer Products Company) at Mumbai in Sales Marketing which gave her exposure to explore the market by meeting the client at front end which helped to take up the responsibility of training. After two years she moved to  Frontline Marketing (DSA of Standard Chartered Bank)as   Team Leader –Sales and Marketing (Credit Card Section). Her stint with training as a functional experience started since 1999. She took responsibility right from preparing training manuals, survey forms. She evaluated and delivered training programs related to industry domain and solution areas. Later she moved to and Healthcare Industry named Paramount Health Care Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai Later she reached peak where she had opportunity to take up challenging career as South Regional Head for United Health Care, Bangalore. By her talent and capability she reached the peak of her career very rapidly. Skills training is a stimulating and a mature role. To impart and make delegates understand how to manage and motivate their teams are very critical. She headed various departments within the organization and was majorly involved in Corporate Induction, conducting workshops in communication, customer service, telephone English for work and leadership. In a nutshell she is one and whole for the any training program as she had opportunity to groom and train the associates in various roles and at various levels.

Girija has undergone Program arranged by her ex-employer through ZEE that is “Zee Call Centre Program” After undertaking the program she was handling responsibilities of training young talents in the organization to increase their employability rate when she was associated with Paramount Health Care Pvt. Ltd. This training was completely into customer relationship management and call center where there is a gradual improvement of the candidate by set processes and constant coaching.

During her tenure in Health care sector she served various esteem clients from various backgrounds; it has given her an opportunity to broaden her skylines. Some the esteem clients handled are Godrej, Britannia, Toyota, Future Groups, Dell, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, Iffco Tokyo Gen Insurance, Cholamandalam General Insurance co., New India Assurance Co. Ltd, and Oriental Insurance Company etc. She also had opportunity to handle the responsibility Human Resource department. She has been involved in the complete inception of the Human Resource department which has given her an exposure of 360° view of the function. This has helped her in finding herself in areas of employee management and interviewing skills management.

Her tremendous experience has made her competent enough to customize the training program as per the client’s requirement.
